Description:Lockheed Martin (LM) Global Supply Chain (GSC) is seeking a Supply Chain Subcontracts Administrator to support the Patriot Missile Evolutionary Development team. The team is a dynamic, influential tram that interfaces directly with Program Managers, Engineers, Supplier Quality and suppliers.
Responsibilities will include:

Soliciting, negotiating, and placing Purchase Orders with suppliers in Procure to Pay systems
Managing supplier performance and establishing relationships.
Tracking and expediting purchase hardware
Troubleshooting to resolve supplier issues or concerns with management oversight
Understanding program material requirements, Lockheed Martin Acquisition Procedures (LMPA), Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR) requirements

Working cross-functionally with program teams and suppliers
Presenting program status to leadership

Basic Qualifications:
Must be a US Citizen and have the ability to obtain US Secret Security Clearance
Ability to work in a dynamic environment
Experience establishing relationships with a supplier and managing supplier performance

Desired Skills:
Familiarity with the lifecycle of a development program
Ability to read and understand an integrated master schedule
Experience in buying role and familiarity with LMAPs, P2P, SC Navigator, SAP and the PRR tool
