Job Description

Manage all elements of the business travel reservation from initial request to completion
Manage several queues to ensure that reservations are complete and accurate for ticketing
Ensure that all queues are properly managed daily, to include schedule changes, exchanges, credit card declines, etc.
Work with team members to ensure all tickets within queues are ticketed within the ticketing timeframe
If needed, reach out to airline, car rental, hotel, or passenger to resolve immediate issues, if required
Work efficiently to meet all deadlines
Effectively work with team to manage shared folders within the Corporate Department. Time-sensitive reservations with immediate action required

Work Environment

FROSCH covers the cost of most work-related equipment for remote employees. Other tools, unless deemed essential for your job or medically necessary, may not be covered

Requirements

Proficiency in Sabre required. This includes but is not limited to executing seat assignments and upgrades, creating, and sending itineraries, ticketing, exchanges, refunds, queue sorting, MCOs, issuing train tickets, paid seats, and Phase IV’s, etc.
Extensive expertise of domestic and international airports and cities as well as their inherent logistics as it relates to business/corporate travel
Fundamental awareness of Teams and applications required
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent is required; a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Travel/Tourism, Hospitality, or other related fields is preferred
A minimum of five (5) years of experience is required as a Corporate Travel Consultant/Agent or three (3) years within an equivalent position which arranged all elements of domestic and international business/corporate travel from initial request to completion
Requires a minimum of five (5) years of recent, native use of Global Distribution Systems (GDS); Sabre
