The HT Group is recruiting an EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT with Outdoor Apparel experience. The Executive VP will require extensive experience in Product Development and creating Sales Strategies to meet and/or exceed the revenue goals. Additionally, this role will require a solid background in general cost accounting, logistics, sales, and negotiation since they will be directly responsible for sales and profit performance.
This client operates both domestic and internationally and needs a great leader with effective strategies to improve cross-team collaboration and work toward common goals. It is also imperative the Executive VP has exceptional communication skills, can create a clear action plan highlighting shared values and goals, and is able to provide exposure to the bigger picture and discovery of new ideas and perspectives.
DIRECT HIRE | SALARY: up to $225k (DOE) + Bonus
LOCATION: REMOTE; however, extensive travel within the US and Internationally will be required

RESPONSIBILITIES

Propose and implement short range goals
Propose and implement seasonal plans and 3-year growth plans/strategies
Direct and coordinate sales and design team
Execute sales plan/strategies to meet/exceed revenue goals
Provide recommendations for future growth by analyzing selling reports and historical recaps
Create/foster relationships to grow the business
Hire/Train/Develop Staff

QUALIFICATIONS

A Bachelor’s degree, preferred
10+ years’ experience within Sales Strategy and Product Development
Management experience in the areas of Customer Service, Account Management, General Cost Accounting, and Logistics
Experience with Multi-level reporting
Product knowledge within the garment industry – specifically related to Outdoor/Sporting apparel
