Job Description :
Express Employment is needing an Senior Executive Administrative Assistant for a Harlingen clinic. Senior Executive Administrative Assistant provides critical support to the Chief Executive Officer, Board of Directors, and Senior Management to ensure that the Clinic’s business development, operations, and office management of the CEO’s office are carried out effectively and efficiently. Assist CEO with keeping projects on track & monitoring project(s). Organizes reviews, prioritizes, researches & responds to information requests. Prepares correspondence & specialized documents. Problem solves, works independently, responds to confidential requests & manages administrative detail of special projects.
REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum of 4 years’ experience working in a complex executive level support to an executive in a health care setting or hospital administrator (preferably at the senior level).
Bachelor degree preferred
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
Coordinates CEO’s schedule, meetings or visitors’ appointments.
Anticipate and create documents for scheduled meetings
Proficient in taking minutes and preparation for committees/board meetings
Ability to compose letters, executive announcements for internal and external entities.
Must be able to articulate effectively and coherently
must be tech savvy, be able to work with MS Office, and create presentations as requested

Pay: $25/hr
Schedule: Mon – Fri/8a/5p + over time when needed
