Job Description :
The Austin office of Naman, Howell, Smith & Lee, PLLC is seeking an associate attorney with at least 1 year of prior experience. The associate will assist with estate planning, probate and business transaction matters.

Position Requirements:

At least 1 year of relevant work experience
Must be hard working, responsive, and possess excellent time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple competing priorities
A “client first” mindset

Integrity driven mindset toward practice

Licensed to practice and in good standing in the State of Texas

This position is ideal for an attorney with a long-term interest in developing their own practice focusing on estate planning, probate and transactional and other office practice areas. The attorney also has the opportunity to assume client responsibilities for a retiring partner practicing in these areas.

Our firm offers a fast-track to partnership. Associates are eligible for partnership consideration after 5 years of employment with the firm, and credit may be granted dependent on previous experience.
