We are a family-owned business that currently operates 30 beautiful ceremony, reception, and special event venues across Texas and Georgia. OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven District Manager with an ownership mindset to help lead our thriving team!

A District Manager optimizes all venue business operations including Food and Beverage Service, Landscaping, Housekeeping, Facility Maintenance, and Client Service. They should be able to ensure all District resources are allocated to ensure flawless events on a weekly basis. District Managers are in charge of hiring, training, coaching, and reviewing all operations staff within their District. A District Manager is an influential leader that inspires their team to come together to consistently deliver a 5-star guest experience by providing superior customer service and meeting and exceeding performance goals. District Managers must ensure that all events are staffed with top talent that can execute all back of house operations to ensure client’s specifications are adhered to. They may at times manage their own events and should attend events often to ensure all standards are being upheld. District Managers are responsible for the overall day-to-day culture of their Region and are in charge of the look, feel and ambiance of all venues within their area. They should ensure that company appearance standards for cleanliness, landscaping, and maintenance at all properties are met. The District Manager is overall responsible for the look, feel, and ambiance of all venues in their District. This person is responsible for long and short-term planning of operations such as managing employees, expenses and budget. This role provides a high degree of autonomy and provides you control over your schedule.

SALARY

The total compensation range is between $ 60,000 – $85,000 with the breakdown as follows:

Bonus: Additional 10% bonus based on achieving budgets

REQUIREMENTS

Location: District Manager for our Austin and San Antonio Region
Experience: At least 3 years in a similar role with comparable goals and responsibilities
Education: College Degree or Applicable Work History
Physical: Able to lift 30 lbs frequently, stand/walk 8-12 hours
Certifications: TABC, Serve Safe
Other: Submit to a background and drug test, have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

RESPONSIBILITIES

Our District Managers take extreme ownership of their responsibilities and are enthusiastic about helping our clients by creating exceptional experiences and life-long memories.
Hiring General Managers, Banquet Staff, Facilities Managers, and Housekeepers
Managing employees through training, coaching, and constructive feedback
Scheduling to ensure all events are staffed appropriately
Overseeing cleanliness, landscaping, and maintenance of all venues to ensure standards are met
Attending weekly BEO meetings to communicate important information on behalf of their team
Communicating with clients as needed to ensure high level of customer satisfaction
Executing flawless events oneself as needed
Achieving 5-Star ratings across all venues within district by providing excellent customer service
Expense Control and Management
