Compensation: Starting at $10 an hour
Employment Type: Part-time — Full-time

Bear King Brewing Company is a new brewery and restaurant seeking an employee who fits the “Bear King” personality; someone who is energetic, friendly, a passion for hospitality, and potentially a passion for craft beer as well. The Dishwasher is an integral member of the team who ensures that the kitchen and bar are fully stocked with clean and appropriate equipment and supplies.

The Dishwasher is responsible for:

*Operation of the industrial dishwasher *Washing dining ware and equipment by hand if necessary *Ensuring that dishes meet cleanliness standards *Cleaning of kitchen and other facility areas *Ensuring kitchen, bar, drink station, and ordering counter are stocked with the appropriate equipment *Complying to food, beverage, and sanitation regulations *Performing other kitchen duties as assigned

Qualifications:

*Excellent time management skills *Immaculate cleanliness *Ability to work under pressure, in a fast paced environment *Ability to stand for long periods of time *Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks *Knowledge of health and safety regulations *Must possess or obtain a TABC Server certification *Must possess or obtain a Food Handler’s certification *Previous experience in back-of-house restaurant operations is a plus

Compensation:

*Meals provided while on the job *Discounted food, drinks, and merchandise

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $10.00 – $11.00/hour.
