This is a System Engineer position as a Deputy Project Management Lead in the Simulation and System Test (SST) Organization. SST is a highly innovative group responsible for developing, testing and maintaining aircraft simulation systems as well as the integration and test of aircraft software, systems, and subsystems.

The candidate will conduct project management and perform Control Account Management (CAM) duties for the Fort Worth Man-In-The-Loop (FW MITL) team in the SST organization producing and maintaining lab infrastructure for simulation products for internal and external customers. The selected candidate will guide the schedule/cost/technical scope for lab and product development to support integration and test of operational flight software for multiple contracts. They will need to demonstrate familiarity with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) to perform cost and schedule variance analysis, develop monthly estimate to complete assessments, maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), oversee risk/opportunity impacts, implement scope changes, communicate project progress to all levels of stakeholders, and perform new program baseline activity – all in accordance with established monthly business rhythm.
