Salary: $24.00 – 24.04 per hour + none

Do you enjoy helping people on the phone? Have you been a leader in a fast paced, high volume call center? Then we are looking for you! Our client in Grapevine is looking for an enthusiastic and well rounded call center lead to join their team. Previous call center experience is a must. If you hit your goals, there is a monthly bonus! You must have an open availability including weekends. Responsibilities

Mixture of inbound and outbound calls
Calling on leads to reactivate previous or potential clients
Setting appointments for installations
Following up on customer inquiries, questions, or concerns
Ensure team is meeting and exceeding all required metrics
Coach team on quality of calls
