Job Description :
Front Counter Receptionist [Auto Repair]

$14 – $15/hr.

Tomball, TX

Monday-Friday 8-5:30 pm and Saturday 8-12 pm [1-hour lunch and 2 breaks]

Temp to Hire

We are seeking a Front Office Receptionist for a family-owned automotive/truck full-service trailer parts and repair company in Tomball that provides basic trailer maintenance and repair. This position will start out as a part-time position, however, after January, this will be a full-time position.

Front Counter Receptionist’s Duties:

Answer phone trailer and parts inquiries and provide basic information
Maintain files, and organize documents including shop invoices
Order necessary trailer parts to complete repair orders

Front Counter Receptionist’s Requirements and Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
Bilingual a huge plus
Prior administrative or clerical experience preferred
Proficient with Microsoft Office Word
Data Entry
Friendly and helpful attitude
No face/neck tattoos, no facial piercings
Auto parts or trailer repairs/supplies experience a huge plus
