Department: EngagementReports To: Director, External EngagementFLSA Status: Non-Exempt/Full TimeSalary Range: $60,000 to $65,000 annuallyPOSITION SUMMARYCorporate Engagement Executive assists the Director of External Engagement in building, maintaining, and growing relationships with local corporate partners with the overall goal of increasing revenue for the organization. Corporate Engagement Executives are responsible for overseeing a large portfolio of companies within selected industries and assisting these companies throughout the year in achieving their community engagement goals in the areas of employee and corporate giving, volunteering, and community development.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Account Management: Responsible for engaging corporate accounts ranging from large revenue opportunities ($500K +), mid-range ($50K – $500K), and small revenue opportunities ($1K – $50K).
Relationship Management: Develop and manage relationships with business leaders, key stakeholders, and donors at corporate accounts.
Project Support for Donor Affinity Group: Assist with the operations and tasks of the Women United donor affinity group.
Account Analysis: Assist with data gathering, research, and analysis for goal setting and projections. Prepare weekly projection reports and other reports as assigned.
Project Support: Actively participate in/support campaign coordinator training, and management presentations.
Data Entry: Maintain accurate and timely progress notes on assigned accounts as well as related projects. Demonstrate use of account management tool (Andar) and other databases/resources as necessary.

QUALIFICATIONSExperience: Three (3) years’ experience in a business/corporate environment or nonprofit fundraising position
