Job Description :
We are a locally owned pest control company excited to grow our team as we continue to expand. Our focus is to create memories and improve life! Through quality work and excellent customer service, helping families and businesses is not only our job but also our passion.

This is a unique opportunity to work in carpentry and construction while finding an exciting career path in the pest control industry. This role entails going to residential properties around Southern California and performing wood repairs for termite, dry rot, and fungus damage. With projects and locations always changing, two days at work are never the same.

On top of an hourly wage, we offer a bonus plan based on performance.

Requirements:

Minimum 18 years old.
Valid driver’s license.
Able to lift 50 pounds.
Arrive punctual and reliable.
Full-time availability Monday – Friday (weekend work on rare occasions only).
Qualified individuals are reliable, hardworking, and excited to learn and grow.
Experience with power tools and wood repairs is a must.
We are looking for a positive and winning spirit.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Assist with loading and unloading of tools and materials for projects.
Clean up once projects are completed.
Follow supervisor’s instructions.
Competency in using tools including but not limited to electrical saws, hammers, drills, etc.
Taking apart and replacing damaged structural components such as fascia boards, window sidings, and more.
Ability to learn while working and excited to learn new skills.
