COMPENSATION CONSULTANT
Working on Site in Dallas, TX at least once a week
Hours Per Week: Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm 35 – 40 hours

Must have solid 5 years Compensation Experience
The talent will work on Project work as well as help with the day-to-day Compensation responsibilities as well. This position needs to be able to analyze large amounts of data, be detail oriented, solution based, and a strong verbal and written communicator with a strong background in compensation and executive compensation.
Position Competencies The successful incumbent will have familiarity with Compensation Management Software, have advanced knowledge of excel and strong verbal/written communication skills. Be analytical, with the ability to manipulate large amounts of data into concise, easily digestible presentations; strong organizational skills and detailed oriented.
