Liberty Tire Recycling is looking for a Client Support Specialist to join our growing team in Garland, TX.

Liberty Tire Recycling is the premier company in the tire recycling industry, helping customers meets their environmental goals by collecting and recycling nearly half of North America’s scrap tires through a network of facilities located in the United States and Canada. Liberty provides high quality rubber feedstock for value added products and materials such as mulch, playground material, turf in-fill, and rubberized asphalt.
Job Summary:
As a Client Support Specialist, you will be required to attend to all customer queries, comments, and requests via phone or email. In addition, you will maintain our customer portal and have extensive knowledge of using Microsoft Excel, Access, Word and Outlook products. To ensure success as a client support specialist, you should be able to display exceptional client service and identify/escalate priority issues. If you are should solution-driven, self-motive and have exceptional analytic skills this role is for you.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
· Resolves problems and communicates solutions or requested information to the customer.
· Analyzes a customer’s service needs and coordinates with other service or technical departments to develop and deliver an appropriate solution for each customer.
· Develops and maintains a deep understanding of the organization and services offered to resolve more complex inquiries.
· Uses a customer relationship application or database to record activities and research product information.
· Maintain customer’s portal.
· Other general office work as needed
Knowledge and Skills Needed:
· Proficient PC Skills specifically in Outlook, Word, Access and Excel
· Manage and resolve customer services calls and complaints effectively and efficiently in a complex fast paced and challenging dispatch office center environment.
· Utilize excellent communication with customers informing of status and ETAs at all times using telephone and e-mail.
· Use call log system in Microsoft Access to enter call and all follow up information.
