Job Description :
Summary
WH RMA Clerk must be able to read and understand instructions in English, and follow the instructions to realize the process of sorting, receiving defective parts (both manual receiving and auto receiving lines), creating tickets, solving warehouse issues and maintaining a clean and orderly work environment. Must be able to know each piece of commodity (HDD, SSD, CPU, MEMORIES, LCD, MB, and POWER SUPPLY) including new project commodities as presented.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other Duties not listed may be assigned.
Daily Responsibilities % of Job 90%

Sort and receive defective parts.
Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
Create tickets.
Be able to identify specific commodities (HDD, SSD, CPU, LCD, MB, power supplies, etc.)
Be able to learn and identify new commodities as presented.
Requires usage of pallet jack.
Utilize the companys time to be efficient and productive. Including being punctual from breaks and personal matters.
Work quickly, correctly, and efficiently to complete tasks.
Packing cartons and placing orders in delivery area.
Complete other tasks as assigned.

Warehouse Efficiencies % of Job 5%

Builds and maintains a work environment that is positive and is supported by open feedback and two-way communications at all levels.
Keeps warehouse organized and clean at all times.

Team Building/Leadership % of Job 5%

Responsible for maintaining a positive work environment while supporting the companys culture.
Responsible for fostering a healthy and safe work environment, focusing on the well-being of all associates.

Education and/or Experience

Must be high school graduate or equivalent.
Basic computer skills are a plus.
Must read, write, and speak English.
Requires data entry skills, including ten key.

Working Conditions
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is constantly required to stand for long periods. Employee must be able to lift objects approximately up to 50 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Must be able to tolerate moderate to high noise levels in a warehouse environment. Office and outside environmental conditions found in the warehouse, hot in the summer, cold in the winter. Individuals may need to walk for an extensive period of time while working and walking the facilities; to reach over shoulder heights; bend or stoop below the waist; repetitive wrist, hand, or finger movement.
