Claim Payments Processor – Automotive

Duties and Responsibilities:

Work directly with repair facilities providing payment on approved claims
Data Entry of information for electronic claims records
Answer internal/external inquiries via phone, email, mail, and fax communications
Work with claims adjusters
Spreadsheet management & tracking
Document management & retrieval
Work with other departments to ensure accuracy & timely customer service
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Skilled in Microsoft Office 365 with heavy focus on Excel
Data Entry (accuracy a must).
Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
Clearly communicates information to dealers, clients, and customers and accurately obtains all required information.
Ability to multi-task.
Professionalism required.
Reliability and dependability are a must in this position
