Job Description :
We are hiring a Call Center Representative in Irving, TX! The primary job responsibilities for this role will be providing excellent customer service by answering high-volume phone calls and assisting customers with inquiries. They will also ensure that all customer information and statuses are updated in customer service accounts.

Requirements:

Professional and pleasant and clear phone demeanor
Computer Literate
Experience with Microsoft Office

Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30 AM-5:00 PM

Salary/Pay Rate: $17.00/hour
