Job Description
The Business Development Manager – Architects works closely with Area Sales Managers and the Digital Specification Manager to develop and execute strategies driving spec share gains and growth with the nation’s architectural design firms.
Key Accountabilities

Assist Area Sales Manager and Digital Specification Manager to develop regional campaigns and sales strategies to cultivate Zurn brands with owners, architects and engineers.
Execute strategy to drive spec share gains with owners, architects, and engineers- new and existing products.
Supports region/rep specification market share analysis by engineer, owner/architect, vertical, and product category.
Utilizes Sales Funnel Management to capture spec share gains with the top active projects.
Support interpreting Dodge/McGraw Hill analytics and regional specification improvement opportunities.
Works with Area Manager and Digital Specification Manager to ensure rep spec development resources are in place to assist in strategy execution.
Provides qualitative intel for multi-generational product plans based on VOC and competitor offerings.
Actively involved with regional industry groups such as ASPE, AIA, USGBC, or BOMA.


Bachelor’s Degree in related field
At least 5 years of experience in related field
Ability to travel up to 75%
Experience with CRM systems management
