Job Description :
The Relationship Manager is to provide recommendations to Senior Management regarding financial and operational planning in order to meet expectations set forth in the budget and planning process, including support analytics and forecasting, by coordinating the efforts of Demand Forecasting, Finance, Capacity Planning, Workforce Planning, and Operations.
Responsibilities

Provide recommendations to Senior Management regarding financial and operational planning in order to meet expectations set forth in the budget and planning process, including support analytics and forecasting.
Deliver a monthly rolling budget capacity plan HC & FTE forecast for Card Lending Service & Fraud Recovery ~2,200 headcount
Partner with the Workforce Planning Team to provide recommendations on how to best achieve efficiencies and service level goal
Control point for forecast inputs based on validating partner handoffs used in support of the rolling budget forecast
Partner with Marketing, Risk, Recruiting, Training, WFM, Finance, and Operations to coordinate why hiring is required, and details to why variances to plan may exist
Work with Business Management team to share resources across lines of business when appropriate
Recommend operational efficiencies based on ability to leverage best practices across LOBs, and partners
Deliver risks and opportunities of the monthly rolling forecast with detailed supporting analysis
Deliver hiring and staffing forecasts to Operations Directors, Business Operations Executive, Business Analysis Director, and the Managing Director Business Management
Deliver daily service level forecast for Card Lending Service and Fraud Recovery
Control point for CLS and Fraud Recovery daily service level forecast based on validating inputs and outputs of the forecast process

Skill set required

7+ years of progressive leadership experience, 5+ years in financial services industry preferred
Workforce planning knowledge
Finance and statistics knowledge
Forecasting experience (basic)
Data analytics experience
Written and verbal communication
People leadership skills
Executive presentation skills
Project management skills

Tool set to be utilized

Microsoft excel, word, power point
Tableau
Alteryx (basic knowledge)
Potentially other business intelligence tools
