Job Purpose for a Branch Manager:
Achieves branch objectives by developing customer relationships and managing staff efficiently.
Duties:

Establish and build customer relationships through delivering exceptional service.
Achieve account gain through proven loan judgment and effective customer solicitation.
Qualifies loans by promptly and accurately evaluating loan applications.
Ensures compliance with company loan policies and government regulations by maintaining consumer credit files.
Manages and inspires team members to perform to their full potential, thus driving branch profitability.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Oversees the job duties of branch staff members.
Other duties as assigned by District Supervisor
