Back of House Team Members are the heart of every Chick-fil-A restaurant. Taking pride in crafting quality food from fresh ingredients ensures our guests are always wanting more. Whether you are wrapping a sandwich in a foil bag, assembling a fresh salad, or hand breading our chicken the work you do matters. The fast paced environment of Chick-fil-A is very exciting, and we believe that hard work done with friends is the most rewarding thing someone can do. Minimum age requirement is 18 years old.
