Job Description :
StaffDNA LLC, a fast-growing, digital marketplace focused on healthcare, is seeking a qualified Senior Billing Specialist to join our innovative team. This role will be responsible for the processing of cash receipts, invoicing, collections, client account reconciliations, and other various responsibilities as needed. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and possess a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities:

Manage Accounts Receivable team in the preparation of accurate and timely weekly invoices for clients.
Manage cash receipts process to ensure accuracy of customer payments and postings.
Work with internal teams on account aging and dispute resolution
Manage collections processes of the team to ensure timely billing and collection of all outstanding accounts receivable.
Assist the team in working with clients, sales, and payroll to identify and address any billing discrepancies or issues.
Assist and manage team in contacting clients with past due balances for payment, document collections efforts in database, and prepare weekly collection report for management.
Meet regularly with VP of Finance for escalated issues and provide collections status updates.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
2 to 5 years of previous accounts receivable experience
Computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access) & Sage 50
Operate office equipment including computer, copiers, scanners, and 10-key calculator.
Strong organizational skills
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to prioritize and multi-task as well as problem solve
Compensation: Hourly – negotiable based on experience
