Overview
Inn Cahoots is a private, group-travel brand with a growing portfolio of Air-BNB style hotel units and hotel bars. The portfolio includes a boutique hotel with five units and a total of 23 bedrooms, four developing bars and four stand-alone properties. We are in contract and have raised money to expand to Nashville. We are looking for a General Manager to plan, organize, direct and control the operations at our cocktail bar and other onsite venues while ensuring exceptional service and attention to guests. Primary Responsibilities

Manage and oversee our day-to-day bar operations
Create weekly schedules for floor and bar
Recruit, train, lead, motivate, coach and manage our bar staff
Day-to-day execution of the bar
The ability to be visible in the operation, recognize and maintain relationships with regulars as well as cultivate new relationships to enhance guests experience
Communicate with employees and managers to ensure operational needs are met
Serve as the main point of contact and liaison with our daytime GM
Nurture a positive working enviornment
Ensure guest satisfaction

Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Wednesday-Sunday 3pm – Midnight?
What you’ll need:

A minimum of 2-3 years of bar management experience preferable in a luxury environment
Strong leadership, motivational, interpersonal and people skills
Critical thinker and problem solving skills
Ability to work evenings, nights, weekends and holidays
Exceptional knowledge of food and beverage (wine, beer and spirits).
A leader who is engaging, and energetic

Pay: $80,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
