We’re looking for a talented and motivated individual to manage our bar. The ideal candidate will have professional experience in managing a high volume environment, and will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring that our bar is profitable. The ideal candidate will have been working in a bar environment for several years and has significant experience with operating a computerized cash register. They should also have strong bar knowledge and be able to interact easily with both staff and establishment guests.
Responsibilities:

Oversee the bar staff.
Oversee bartenders and bar backs.
Oversee bartenders and bar backs.
Order stock.
Write the daily schedule.
Plan events.
Expand the bar staff’s knowledge.
Maintain the bar’s high quality of service and variety of drinks.
Maintain a clean, well-lit, comfortable, attractive, and safe bar that is accessible to all members of the community.
Have knowledge of health and safety codes and regulations.
Maintain a clean, well-maintained bar room.
Oversee bartenders and bar backs.
Oversee bartenders and bar backs.
Manage employee schedules.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $48,150.00 – $53,026.00 per year
