POSITION SUMMARY: The B2B Sales Representative (Territory Manager) will contribute to the company sales objectives by increasing sales for Turf Distributors in our Business to Business/Retail channel. This Territory Manager is expected to increase volume at our current B2B partners and acquire new customers by prospecting, networking and engaging new opportunities. This individual will be adept at managing single and multiple location partners in the Texas market while maintaining a consistent pipeline of new business. The Territory Manager must have a strong business acumen with a willingness to think outside the box to identify solutions.GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: I. Consults with customers to understand their needsII. Demonstrates and explains products, selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer’s needsIII. Answers customer’s questions about our product and installation1. Meet sales goals and objectives as assigned by the Director of Sales2. Develop and execute daily action plan3. Follow up on sales activity to ensure customer satisfaction and client relationship development4. Maintain knowledge about all current products and services. Research local competitor’s products and cost points5. Track and maintain all leads and accounts in CRM staying current on status
Follow up on leads, contacts, referrals and established accounts with frequency
6. Perform outgoing lead generation calls on a regular basis and track through CRM7. Participate in marketing events i.e. trade shows, fairs and in-store events8. Help maintain all in store displays, literature and samples while transporting metal displays in your personal vehicle9. Identify and acquire new business through networking, social media and cold calling10. Act as a liaison between sales, marketing and logistics while maintaining direct contact and a strong relationship with Sales Support11. Provide creative solutions for business growth and opportunity12. Ability to receive and accept coaching and developmentREQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES: I. Excellent verbal communication skillsII. Excellent active listening skillsIII. Excellent sales and customer service skillsIV. Ability to anticipate customers’ needs.V. Ability to recommend merchandise to customersVI. Proven track record of providing first-rate customer service, focusing on the customer experienceX. Maintain a positive, up-beat, attitudeEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: I. High school diploma or equivalentII. Minimum of 5 years in salesPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: I. Prior experience with Artificial Turf, Landscape, or flooring salesII. Fluent in both English and SpanishPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: I. Prolonged periods of standing and walkingII. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times

Annual base salary $70,000, plus commission
