Service Manager Requirements

Have at least 3 years of Service Manager or Assistant Service Manager Experience
Chrysler Dodge Jeep Experience a Plus
Strong Leadership Skills
A verifiable track record of Growing the Business and High Customer Satisfaction
Pass Background, Drug Screen, and have a valid Driver’s License
Have the ability to attain and maintain Manufacturer Certifications within 120 days of hire
Have proficiency with Microsoft Office and Dealership Computer Systems

Service Manager Physical Demands

Sit or stand for long periods of time
Bend, stoop, lift or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds as needed to support dealership operations.
