ASSISTANT TO VP
MOLDER/MANUFACTURE
Monday – Friday
6:00 am – 5:00 pm
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Training for mid to upper Management position.
Oversee all operations, including production, accessories fulfillment, logistics, supply chain, engineering, and facilities at both locations.
Make sure they meet the company’s objectives.
Help vice president of sales with forecasting and running MRP (material requirements planning) with production planner and purchasing manager.
Establish start-up logistics and dealer/sales model training.
Implement lean manufacturing, MRP, inventory optimization, warehouse management and modern production planning methods in manufacturing.
Develop detailed facility productivity improvement plans incorporating organization design and key performance indicators.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

4-year degree or substantial work experience.
Relevant experience is required, not an entry level position
Construction management experience
Proficient in CAD
Computer system drawing experience.
Must be career oriented and looking for an opportunity to work up to 6 figures
Bi-lingual (Spanish) is a plus.
