Position Type- Temp to hire

This position is contract to hire, so EXCELLENT TENURE is required. The position is in The Woodlands, TX. My client is looking to INTERVIEW this week and HIRE next week. Please apply if you have SAP experience, AP PROCESSING experience, and EXCELLENT TENURE. We look forward to reviewing your application. Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Process vendor invoices for payment
Serve as main point of contact for assigned plant
Responsible for auditing and administering of manual Wire, ACH, and Check requests, including accurate maintenance of supporting documentation and records
Help department maintain documented procedures
Validate scanned invoices for accuracy, as needed
Perform other departmental functions as requested by Management

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED
Associates or bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Business
Proficient in AP processing within SAP
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to understand and address internal and external customer issues
Ability to work effectively in a team
