Job Description
The AEM Full Stack Developer will work on a variety of web development projects for Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). They will be responsible for the full-stack development of AEM applications, including front-end design, back-end development, and database administration. The candidate will need to have a strong understanding of AEM architecture and be able to work in an agile team environment.

Work as part of an Agile team to build complex AEM features from user stories
Update and maintain current AEM features/components
Be an active participant in AEM workshops with designs teams to help agree on a design that meets both design strategy and AEM capabilities
Work closely with managed service partners, providing direction and participating in peer reviews and code reviews
Provide advice and guidance on improving legacy code, configuration and customizations in line with best practice implementation and the needs of Informa Markets businesses
Collaborate with other developers, business analysts, and project managers to deliver high-quality and stable software solutions
Troubleshoot and debug AEM applications
Keep up to date with the latest AEM development trends and best practices
Integrate AEM applications with third-party systems
Develop custom AEM components and templates
Write unit tests for AEM components

Qualifications

Must have excellent knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager 6.4 or 6.5, including Java Development
Proven track record for working within Agile development environments
Expert level with CSS and HTML
Knowledge in JavaScript
Experience with HTL (Adobe Template language)
Experience with CSS processors
Knowledge of OSGI and Sling models
Understanding of JCR repository
Extensive experience with Java API and external API’s
Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, Oracle)
Strong experience with:
AEM building blocks including templates, components, dialogs, widgets and bundles
Forms, Experience Fragments, Content Fragments and SPA
Adobe Analytics / Target / Launch

Desirable:

Knowledge of development tools such as Jenkins, Jira and Bitbucket
Expert level in JavaScript
Demonstratable experience in delivering digital products and services
Working with offshore and onshore teams in multiple regions and time zones
Experience in other Content Management Systems (CMS).
Experience building a Headless AEM application or single-page applications
Experience within a marketing or events industry
Experience with Adobe Experience Manager migrations
