Job Description :
Job Duties:
· Calculate, post business transactions, process invoices, verify financial data for use in maintaining accounts payable records, and provide other clerical support necessary to pay the obligations of the organization
· Assemble invoices to be completed for payment
· Verifies vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions
· Assist with preparing check runs, as necessary
· Assist with answering vendor inquiries
· Process deposit accounting and ensure all resident final statements and refunds are completed timely
· Assist with reviewing and approving resident final statements and refunds after move out
· Assist accounting manager with any special projects, as necessary

Requirements
· Associates or 2yr business degree
· 0-2 years’ experience in the field or related field
· Familiarity with accounting programs and software
· Basic understanding of principles of finance, bookkeeping and accounting
