Type of Employment: Full-Time, Temporary
Compensation: $16.50 per hour, pays every Thursday
Weekly Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:00am- 5:00pm
Expected Start date: Immediately

JOB DESCRIPTION
This position reports to the maintenance supervisor or property manager and requires attention to detail and the ability to follow directions.
RESPONSIBILITES:

Trash out recently vacated apartments
Repair general punch items
Change bulbs, locks
Install appliances
Exterior/ Interior painting and caulking, light drywall repair
Lift 40-50 lbs.
Perform pressure washing, blow breezeways and parking lots

REQUIREMENTS:

At least 2 years of construction, handyman, hotel/apartment or general maintenance experience preferred
Have dependable transportation to and from work
Have a strong work ethic with reliability and dependability
Enjoy working with others and taking direction when needed
Maintain a friendly, customer service approach to co-workers and customers
Must pass criminal background check
