JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

This candidate will join the Interest Rate Risk Management Operations team.
Handling swap interest payments, preparing daily PeopleSoft FCM journal entries, generating change in notional report, inputting MTS outgoing wires, obtaining incoming wire confirmations, providing customer service responding to client phone/email requests for settlement notices/MTM reports/swap interest paid reports, updating client distribution list for settlement/MTM notices, performing reconciliations, uploading/scanning documentation to KOFAX, reviewing daily ACH Bancontrol balance, and downloading daily DTCC reports. Will assist in reviewing new swap documents, prepare new swap journal entries and send new trade e-mails as needed. Performs special projects as requested.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum 1 year international, payments, or operations experience in a financial institution.
Minimum 1 year of experience with Microsoft Excel and Word required.
Minimum 1 year working knowledge of accounting or BA/BS degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, or Finance
Basic understanding of interest rate derivatives and FX Products a plus
Ability to interact effectively with various levels of Bank personnel
